Lyn Watson presented her highly regarded Shoulder Course to a large group of LifeCare WA Physiotherapists at LifeCare Cottesloe over the weekend of the 24th and 25th of October. Lyn is arguably Australia's leading authority on the Physiotherapy Management of Shoulder problems, and so we were honoured to have someone of Lyn's ability run her course for LifeCare. The course was extremely well received by all who attended, and the Physiotherapists involved took full advantage of learning the latest and greatest ways of managing shoulder problems. Lyn provides treatment from the LifeCare Prahran Sports Medicine centre in Victoria, and is world renowned with her management of shoulder instability, and her research into this area. She famously treated athletes of the calibre of Patrick Rafter, Shane Warne and assisted more recently was consulted regarding Adam Hunter from the West Coast Eagles. Lyn is in the process of completing her Doctorate in the management of multi-directional shoulder instability, and we look forward to her returning next year to teach us more about the her latest research.
